Mrs. Early expressed concern in three areas regarding CV zoning: the limited area proposed for commercial development; a five acre minimum lot size required for commercial development; a proposed zoning map that only designates the Post Office and Hackley’s Store as established commercial zoning.
In regard to the latter, Mrs. Early said she understood that the Planning Commission had agreed on September 19 that all commercial properties now in existence would retain commercial status.
