“I’ve seen conditions put en (the) church camp, (that we) only can use it 10 days a year. I think that’s rediculous,” Mrs. Frazier said.
“I’m not sure all the neighbors in that area feel that way,” lb*. McNear responded.
Reverend L.D. Savage suggested one solution he considered “workable.” He said churches now existing should be allowed to be improved without requiring a special permit or special exception. If for safety or other reasons a church cannot expand, Reverend Savage said the church should be permitted to relocate.
