"We will come in at least in the top four,” Dawson said. “Our goal is to win the district tournament and advance to the semi-finals of the regkmals.” The vanity team is a young team this year made up of freshmen and sophomores.
"We aren’t that big or quick, but we play with a lot of scrap,” said Dawson. Dawson said that losses in the beginning of the year will mean that the team will have to work harder, and that teams usually do play better later in the season.
"It will be more important to me that the team is working hard and improving than whether we win or lose,” Dawson said.
