feel no bitterness towards the supervisors, for they did what their constituents requested and cut taxes. I see now there are more people in favor of lower taxes than are in favor of quality education for the children of this county and 1 feel very sorry for these children.
I have put 12 of my best years into the education of these students and many 13-16 hour days at school in the dramatics program. During these years, I have expanded my own knowledge and ability td teach in many ynys. My evaluations show 1 am one of the M quality teachers in Rappahanribek ^ County and now I feel the county is not interested in keeping me unless it is to receive quality for nothing.
I now see no hope for the future here. Although I may be back next. year, I have decided to actively pursue employment elsewhere. If I return for another year it will be only because I have not, as yet, found a position that I ^ feel I can enjoy as much as my experience in teaching. In any case, as I research a new career I can no longer do the extracurricular activities that have taken the massive amounts of time in the past. I have become tired of the fight, perhaps burned out, and the verbal praise I have received in the past has not fed my family.’
