Mrs. Mary Quaintance entertained the Sperryville Bridge Club and additional guests at her home on Friday evening.

Guests were Mrs. Dale Metzinger, Mrs. R.E. Thompsen, Mrs. Frances Tabler, Mrs. Jack Brown, Mrs. C.E. Johnson, Jr., Mrs. Brown Miller, Mrs. T.J. Pillar, Mrs. W.H. Cordle, Mrs. E.A. McNear, Mrs. I.R. Kilby, Mrs. Roy L, Reeve, Mrs. Sean Kilpatrick, Mrs. Raynor Snead, Mrs. W.F. Moffett, Mrs. Merle Scoggin and Mrs. E.M. Jones.

Prize winners were Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Moffett, Mrs. Metzinger, Mrs. Kilpatrick and Mrs. Cordle.

Recent guests of Mrs: Harald Havstad and son, Peter were Mr. and Mrs. Walter Hansen of Maramora, N.J.

Mrs. T.J. Pillar returned home last Tuesday after spending six weeks with her brother and sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin L. Morrow at Hatteras, N.C. Mr. Pillar joined her for the last week for a visit with Mr. and Mrs. Clyde F. Hill at Point Harbor, N.C.

Mr. and Mrs. Henry Eastwood and children, Heather and Brandon of Washington, D.C. were dinner guests Saturday of Mrs. Ethel Tyner and Miss Nellie Atkins.

Jimmy and Dana Devers of Front Royal were luncheon guests Thursday of their grandmother, Mrs. J.R. Devers.

Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor and daughter, Heather visited Mr. and Mrs. Tommy Cozzo in Falls Church on Saturday. On Sunday the Aylors and Mr. and Mrs. F.D. Coffey, Jr. attended a birthday dinner for Mrs. Robert Nethes in Flint Hill.

Mr. and Mrs. A. Lee Swindler, Jr. of Hanover, Pa. spent the holiday weekend with Mrs. Lee Swindler and Mrs. Roy Swindler. Additional dinner guests Sunday were Mike Swindler and Gloria Martino, also of Hanover and Mrs. J.R. Devers and Mrs. Virginia Lewis.
