Bull Run took first, second and third in the single dog class for unentered (non-hunted) hounds. The Manassas hunt i o won the prestigious pack class for ihe sixth time. Last year they retired' ti ophy in this class.
The hum a total winnings for the show earned hunts-man Shelley O’Higgins first place, and $50, for accumulating the most points (38) of any hunt showing in the American Foxhounds division.
Maryland’s Potomac Hunt finished second overall in the American division with 35 points and the Orange County Hunt of The Plains was third with 18 points.
The Orange County Hunt won the couple of dogs class for entered hounds and the pack class for packs with over 20 couple. The hunt also took one second and two thirds under the guidance of huntsman Melvin Poe.
