BZA member Peter Kramer asked Kvarnes to give the board an idea of the number of buildings and people that could ultimately he involved. “J. don’t know what kind of interest the public or craftspeople will show, so I have no idea how many craftspeople this could work out to be in the long run,” Kvarnes said. “In the future, what I would like to do is, in having a crafts village, set it up so that the public can come into the work area so that there is an area say that they could look through windows and watch the craftspeople work. ”
Kramer asked him to come up with some number of buildings and people that he could foresee the land accomodating. “It seems to me that we need some kind of limit that’s comfortable and that the land will hold or else it’s wide open in terms of putting up a three-story building or whatever,” Kramer said. “We’re looking at this in terms of the number of parking spaces and everything, and so we need some idea of the intensity of use.
