The first half of the concert will end with “Nightwater”, a visually exciting piece with flashlights and eerie music followed by “Cycle: ReCollect”, an evolving solo by Ms. Crowne based on images, feelings and movement development having to do with her twoyear-old son, Matthew.
“Nightwater” will be danced by students in Ms. Crowne’s Warrenton classes: Lindsay Maloney, Paola Parlagreco, Donna Fecteau, Sharon O’Bannon, Diane Morris and Sue Smith.
Four pieces will be performed in the second half of the concert. “Going Down Slow” is a jazzy duet to an Aretha Franklin song choreographed by Washington, D.C. choreographer Jan Taylor and danced by Ms. Taylor and Ms. Crowne.
Ms. Taylor will also solo in another of her creations, “Aurora” and Ms. Crowne will perform two more solos, “Red Solo” choreographed by New York choreographer Candice Christakos and “Who’s There?”, a darting
