Robert Dodson
Robert Ernest Dodson, 75, of Rixeyville, died Saturday, May 10 at the Fauquier Hospital. He was a Rappahannock County native and a member of the Massanova Pentecostal Church.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Elsie Mae Woodward Dodson; three sons, Robert L. Dodson, Falls Church, Kyle B. Dodson, Bowie, Md., and Russell Dodson, Reva, and a daughter, Mrs. Brenda S. Seation, Rixeyville.
Additional survivors include four brothers, James Albert Dodson of Rixeyville, Benjamin Dodson of College Park, Md., William Dodson of Beltsville, Md., and Luther Dodson of Glendale, Md.; three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Hennessey of Beltsville, Md., Mrs. Ellen Walker of Laurel, Md., and Mrs. Lucy Miller of Riverdale, Md., nine grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services were conducted May 13 at Geest-Johnson Funeral Home, Culpeper, by the Rev. L. D. Savage and the Rev. Paul Markee. Burial was in the Hillcrest Memory Gardens, Jeffersonton.
