Marilynn Scott, second place winner, received an all day twirl lollipop for her alphabet design shirt. “I was just looking at my class paper and I started thinking about the ABC’s so I just started writing them down. 1 wrote them sideways, upside down, and I used different colors,” Marilynn explained.
Ms. Atwood concluded, “I was really surprised about how many children participated in the contest and how enthused they were. Many of the students looked forward to coming in the room every day to see the new drawings that had been added to the entries.”
