Miller appointed
to subcommittee
State Senator Kevin Miller has been appointed to serve on two subcommittees created by the 1986 Session of the Virginia General Assembly.
Sen. Miller will serve on a committee to examine the utilization of private companies to inspect residential subdivision developments.
He also will sit on a commission to study the desirability of continuing the idependen city system in Virginia and problems caused by annexation. The report is scheduled to be completed by Nov. 15,1987.
The Committee on Privileges and Elections appointed Sen. Miller to the subcommittees.
Ruzich arrives
in West Germany
Army Spec. 4 Peter Ruzich, son of retired Lt. Col. and Mrs. Rudolph L. Ruzich of Boston, has arrived for duty with the 13th Armor, stationed in West Germany.
Ruzich, a cavalry scout, is a 1978 graduate of Culpeper County High School.
