salaries for teachers and remaining administrators, the board repeated the action, upping wages by $1,537 to $32,618 for RCHS Principal Bob Chappel, $30,161 for RCES Principal Maggie Pipper, $27,471 for RCHS Assistant Principal John Toth (which doesn’t include his supplement as athletic director) and $21,648 for Special Services Coordinator Pam Rowe. RCES Assistant Principal Betty Settle, with less experience and lacking full certification for her post, was given a $1,200 increase, raising her stipend to $20,877.
