Creativity flowed in Ms. Deb Heflin’s second grade class at Rappahannock County Elementary School last week when parent Maggie Rogers conducted a Mother’s Day project.
Ms. Heflin explained that at the beginning of the year Mrs. Rogers told her that she liked to come into her son’s classes and do projects with the students. Ms. Heflin needed a Mother’s Day gift idea so she called on Mrs. Rogers.
Mrs. Rogers is a potter. She and her husband, Kenny, work out of their home here in the county. Mrs.
