Rogers brought clay for the children to work with. “They rolled the clay into a cone shape. Then flattened it into a leaf shape from the cone. They used the rough side of a leaf to make a leaf print on the clay. Then they folded up the edges to make a dish. The clay will be baked and then they’ll paint it,” Mrs. Rogers explained.
