Anita Delgrosso had an excellent day, placing fifth in the 300 hurdles and fourth in the 100 meter hurdles. Dexter Freeman ran the 300 hurdles in 43.8 seconds for third. Distance runners John Dodson, Marley Hay and Jonathan Watson had their best runs of the season. John ran 2:08.9 in the 800 to place sixth. Marley ran 10:37.4 in the 3200 meter race to place sixth. Jonathan ran 4:48 in the 1600 to place sixth.
All of Rappahnnock Relay teams placed — Girls’ 400 meter runners Anna Hudson, Angie Armentrout, Annette Fletcher and Anita Delgrosso ran 55.3 for fifth.
