Race day registration will begin at 7 a.m. Pre-registration forms may be obtained from John Dooley, (703)635-7171, or Earline Omdorff, (703)635-4549 or 636-6888, after 5 p.m.
Plaques will be given to the overall top three runners in the male and female categories. Plaques will also be given to the top three runners, both female and male, in seven age categories. All runners will receive a
T-shirt. The awards ceremony will be at 10 a.m. at the 4-H Center Amphitheater. Runners will also be offered free swimming following the race at the 4-H Center Pool. Showers will also be available.
The event is open to all ages, both beginners and serious runners.
