Mr. Konick cautioned against further delay. He said he’d “gotten the impression” from Mr. Forman that approval for the extension on the Clark property must be finalized before new regulations governing landfills go into effect on July 1. “I think the Board should act as quickly as possible on this. I don’t know if it would effect my clients in a negative fashion if you don’t,” he told the Supervisors. “But I don’t know how the new regulations will effect Mr. Forman’s ability to grant this extension.”
