not enough for kids to do,” said Cheri Woodard, owner of Faith Mountain, the event’s corporate sponsor. This year, Mrs. Woodard added, “Everywhere you looked
there were smiling kids instead of crying kids.” Both the Girl Scouts and the kids enjoyed it, she said. “It was a great idea for a community service project.”
Mrs. Woodard said that “it was a great weekend. We’re always trying to promote Sperryville and Rappahannock as a fun place to visit. By having a festival, with free entertainment, we encourage people to come out and have a good time. Usually thev end up buying something.”
She said that “everyone made money. It was good to see so many different groups involved.”

RAAC couldn’t produce something this size without corporate sponsorship - it’s great!”
