declared war - is the threat to representive government, and the freedoms we derive from it, that graft and corruption are. And perhaps if Reagan were sitting on a Nixonskin chair he would stop enriching the already rich at the expense of the poor and middle class. And perhaps he would not let his Freudian desire for giant “ray guns” in space (which is supposed to be more potential gross earnings for the military-industrial corporations that they ever dreamed they could rake in from our tax dollars) stand in the w&y of a cutback in ballistic nudear missies!
