Dear Rappahannock Voters
After having met many of you while campaigning for Commissioner of Revenue, two items have surfaced which I feel need to be addressed. The first of these is a comment made by a few people referring to my not being a native of Rappahannock, or that I have not lived here long enough. To this I would like to say that even though I was not bom in Rappahannock County, it is now, and has been since January 1975, my home. It is the only home my 15 year old son can remember. To those of you who feel this to be an important issue, I ask that you adopt me as your native son, as I have adopted Rappahannock County as my home, and you as my friends and neighbors. I hope that my education’ experience and strong desire to serve you will help you select me as your Commissioner on November 4th.
