OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to 15.1-431 of the Code of Virginia, that The Council of The Town of Washington, Va. will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, November 12, 1986 beginning at 8 p.m. in the Courthouse at Washington, Virginia to consider the adoption of a water protection ordinance to prevent the pollution of water within a five mile radius of The Town by the regulation of activities within said area which may present a danger to the Town’s water supply.
