Cecil F. Stanley
Cecil Fred Stanley, 60, died November 2 at his residence at Rixeyville.
A native of Orange County, Mr. Stanley had lived ip Rixeyville for many years. He was employed as a mechanic by John T. Sisk.
Mr. Stanley was a veteran of World War II and a member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He is survived by his wife Helen Hoffman Stanley of Rixeyville, two daughters, Connie Jeanette Stanley of Culpeper and Sheila Marie Dowdy of Warrenton, and two sons, Robert Fred Stanley and Alvin Ernest Stanley, both of Culpeper.
He also leaves seven sisters, Louise Hawkins of Culpeper, Edith Jenkins of Brandy Station, Frances Deal of Rixeyville, Elsie Lane of Rixeyville, Melzie Woodward of Castleton, Katherine Wright of Remington and Thelma Lutz of Orange, four brothers, James Stanley of Manassas, Clyde Stanley of South-Carolina, Douglas Stanley of Spotsylvania and Ray Stanley of Warrenton, and three grandchildren.
