Sperryville, principal of Rappahannock Elementary School, was recipient of the outstanding service award for Rappahannock from the Culpeper Soil and Water Conservation District. H. S. Barksdale, member of the District Board, made the presentation at the dinner meeting last Wednesday at Graves Lodge.
