In execution of a deed of trust from Scott Ziemer, single, dated May 20, 1975, and recorded May 20, 1975, in the Clerk's Office of the Circuit Court of Rappahannock County, Virginia, in Deed Book 115, Page 352, the undersigned substitute trustee will offer for sale at public auction in front of the Rappahannock County Court House on Friday, November 14, 1986, at 12 Noon, the following described tract of land:
All that certain tract of parcel of land containing 5.9254 acres, situate near Amissville, Jackson District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, more particularly described by plat and survey of Rappahannock Survey, Inc., dated February 7, 1975, and revised February 21,1975, designated as Parcel B thereon, which plat is recorded with the hereinafter mentioned deed; and being the same tract conveyed to Scott Ziemer by deed of M. H. Brown et ux, dated May 20, 1975, and recorded immediately prior to the aforementioned deed of trust.
