Anna Settle
Anna Mae Settle of Rixeyville, widow of Basil G. Settle, died Sept. 13 at the Culpeper Health Care Center.
A native of Rappahannock County, she was the daughter of the late Will Jack and Emma Jane Butler Settle.
She is survived by a daughter Sadie Arlene Pullen of Rixeyville, a, half-brother Tom William Settle, two half-sisters, Lizzie Jenkins and Susie Jenkins, three grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted Sept. 17 by Rev. Paul Markee at the Geest-Johnson Funeral Home in Culpeper. Interment was at Fairview Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Edward Frazier, Gary Frazier, David Bean, David Pullen, Harvey Cole and Jimmie Settle.
