When Delegate Raymond R. (Andy) Guest Jr. (R-Warren) teed off earlier this month at the Shenandoah golf course outside Front Royal, more than 60 other men and women followed suit to begin not only a round of golf, but to officially kick off the Virginia House minority leader’s re-election campaign activities for the year.
Billed as the first annual Andy Guest Invitational Tournament, the campaign event drew sponsors and contributors from all parts of the Commonwealth to help the Friends of Andy Guest Campaign Committee raise funds for his re-election to the Virginia General Assembly. Proceeds also will support his efforts, as minority leader, to help other Republican legislative candidates with campaign services.
