Libby Sngad of Washington
and Lisa Day of Sperryville represented Rappahannock at the State 4-H Horse Show in Richmond last weekend. This was the first state show for both. In this big league competition Lisa placed fifth in handy hunter class, fourth in stable management and fourth in fitting and showing. Libby placed second in fitting and showing and second in stable management.
