The Barns of Wolf Trap kicks off the fall/winter 1987 season Oct. 16 with country/folk artist Lyle Lovett. The season includes an impressive array of folk, classical, pop and blues artists, including Karen Akers, Schooner Fare, Charlie Byrd, The Bobs, Maureen McGovern, David Bromberg and the Chestnut Brass.
“BARNSTORM!,” the Saturday children’s performances, will continue with toe-tapping and handclapping musicians, rocking dinosaurs, roaming reptiles, mimicking mimes and other treats.
