NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC The Board of Game and Inland Fisheries, at a meeting held in Richmond, Virginia, on August 28, 1987, adopted the following new and amended regulations pursuant to Sections 29.1-501, 29.1502 and 29.1-566 of the Code of Virginia, to become effective October 1,1987.

In General. § 13. Endangered species.
Added a new section which adopts the Federal Endangered and Threatened Species List; declares certain additional species of fish and wildlife to be endangered within the Commonwealth; and makes it unlawful to take, transport, process, sell or offer for sale any threatened or endangered species of fish or wildlife within the Commonwealth.

In General. § 2. Hunting with crossbows, poison arrows or explosive-head arrows prohibited.
Amended by substituting the language "arrows to which any drug, chemical toxic substance has been added" for "poison arrows."
