Joint Venture, a partnership of town residents who purchased the property earlier this year when the mortgage was foreclosed on former owner Bruce Corneal. The partnership, which paid $335,000 for the 9.77 acre parcel, includes Dean and Linda Morehouse, Robert and Susan Parrish, and Patrick O’Connell and Reinhardt Lynch, the owners of The Inn at Little Washington.
They presented a plat which would subdivide the property into seven lots, six of which are at least 1.5 acres, and the seventh of .41 acres.
