the third annua! Oldway ( rati Demonstration Festival will be held Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 21 and 22 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. both days. The festival will feature some good attractions including Cliff WrightSunflower, who is a honeybee expert. He will put on a play using children from the audience as characters in the bee hive.
There will also lie demonstrations of welding, glass blowing and blacksmithing.
Face painting will be available by Moondance Face Painters.
Food will be available throughout the festival grounds.
Admission is $2.00 per person and parking is available.
Friday guests of Mr. and Mrs. Ranny Aylor and Heather were Mr. and Mrs. Maynard Nethers of Stephens City. The Nethers’ also visited in the F.D. Coffey home.
Sunday callers in the Aylor home were Johnny Streit and girls of Winchester and George Nethers of Stephens City.
Last Tuesday dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard L. Jenkins, Richard and Angie were Ronnie Jenkins and children Donna and Allen of Nethers Mill. Also visiting in the Jenkins home on Tuesday were Mr. and Mrs. Lester Deal.
