And he’s issued a special appeal to local'contractors, building suppliers and tradsmen. “Your building expertise, materials or donations will help us complete our stadium and thus enable us to develop and improve our facility so we can give something back to the community.”

This, Mr. Russell added, “is the basic idea and goal of the stadium.”
