At the Fire and Rescue Department’s open house on Sunday the Pegasus helicopter is set to land, if it is available.

There will also be a sportsmen’s booth with mounted trophies. A variety of food concessions will include food by VFD, Ruritans, and Little League. You are encouraged to support these community organizations.

On Tuesday night the Cub Scouts Pack 50 began their fall meetings. The Cub Scouts will meet every Tuesday night from 7 to 8 p.m. at Amissville United Methodist Church.
