Mr. Magreithor pleaded guilty to the charge in General District Court last Tuesday. Mr. Howard pleaded nolo contendre, or no contest, to the
charge on Tuesday. Both were sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended, a $500 fine and 40 hours of community service.
Mr. Schwier’s case was continued until Nov. 20 after Mr. Luke told Judge Foley that the warrant for his arrest has not yet been served.
The three voted by absentee ballots in the town’s election.
