and grand larceny in the theft of a [ chainsaw from B&B Lumber Co. Pendleton will be sentenced on the two felonies on-Dec. 20.
• Robert D. Powers, 27, of Rhoadesville, pleaded guilty to two charges of breaking and entering and two charges of grand larceny. Powers was part of an alleged burglary ring that broke into a number of Rappahannock County homes and stole furniture and other items which were later sold at an auction house. Four other charges of breaking and entering and grand larceny against Powers were dropped by Commonwealth’s Attorney Peter Luke. Powers will be sentenced Dec. 20 on the four felony charges.
