The object of this suit is obtain a divorce from the bond of matrimony from the defendant on the ground ol having lived separate and apart without any cohabitation and without interruption for a period in excess ol one (1) year.
It appearing from an affidavit that defendant Ralph Andrew Kidd, is not a resident of this state and thal diligence has been used by or on behalf of plaintiff to ascertain the whereabouts of the defendant, without effect, it is ORDERED that the defendant appear before this Court within ten days after the due publication of this notice, and do what is necessary to protect his inter„ est herein.
