NURSING Nursing Director Develop and coordinate resident care programs, especially those related to medication. Supervise a staff of nurses and aides. Assure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Qualified candidates will be RNs with a minimum of 8 years of patient and administrative experience. Charge Nurses Coordinate resident care activities on a particular shift. Qualified candidates will be RNs with at least 3 years of experience.
Nurse's Aides Provide personal assistance directly to residents. Must be certified with at least 1 year of experience.
ACTIVITIES Activity Director
Coordinate resident activities, special events, and volunteer programs. Must have at least 2 years of related experience.
FOOD SERVICES Head Cook/Director
Prepare meals, plan menus, order food and supplies, assure compliance with health standards, coordinate kitchen staff. Minimum of 6 years of institutional cooking experience is necessary, with a background in specialized or restricted diets preferred.
Cook
Prepare meals, supervise and review deliveries, and oversee kitchen operations. Minimum of 2 years of institutional or commerical cooking experience is required.
Kitchen Aides
Provide assistance with kitchen activities, serve meals, clean up after meals.
