To help celebrate the bicentennial of the Bill of Rights, a caravan of covered wagons will pull out of the parking lot by the Washington Fire Hall Saturday heading for the State Fair in Richmond Sept. 25.
The caravan, organized by the Buffalo Trail Riders of Goshen, Va., is one of four that will converge at the fair. A bateau caravan will come down the James River, a horseback caravan will be coming from Virginia Beach, and a walking caravan will come from Charlotte Countv in the south.
