PURSUANT to Section 12.2 ot the Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance and Section 15.1-431 ot the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 7,1991 at 7:00 p m., at the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following application(s): RE-ZONING REQUEST

Application by Mr. Walter E. Maben to rezone a 3.057 ac. portion of Tax Map 32, 2, Parcel 6, from “RR", Rural Residential to “GC", General Commercial. Said rezoning to include proffers restricting site development to conditions set forth in Conceptual Plan and Rezoning Map dated 30 Augua 1991; restrictions on uses which may be allowed, access to site, landscaping, signage, etc. (See proffers dated September 3, 1991 for more complete listing). Rezoning is to accomodate the new Amissville Post Office. Rezoning allowed under Section 12.2, standards contained in Section 12.2-10, Rappahannock County Zoning Ordinance.
