Glenn E. Bankhead, 31, of Culpeper, was operating a 1981 Yamaha motorcycle when he apparently lost control on a curve and ran into an oncoming 1990 Plymouth station wagon, operated by 36-year-old James Dewey Roope of Rixeyville.
Both men were injured in the accident.
