The Sperryville Business Council will once again sponsor their annual Apple Harvest Festival Oct. 5 and 6. Special celebrations, sales and fall festive activities will be featured throughout the town. The event will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. both days.
Children's Fest
held Sept. 14
The fifth annual Children’s Fest at C.M. Crockett Park in Fauquier County will be held starting at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
Raphael the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle joins Woodsey Owl, Smokey the Bear and Chessie the Chesapeake Bay monster as special guests for the festival.
Admission is $2 for kids 3-5, $3 for kids 6-17 and free for all others.
