Man,’ K. Robertson of Fredericksburg, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Irvin Kilby of Sperryville, received a master’s degree in vocational education from Virginia Tech in August.
Mrs. Robertson, a 1974 graduate of Rappahannock High, received a bachelor of science degree from James Madison University in 1978.
She is currently employed by Spotsylvania Public Schools.
