The $250 credit authorization received from DSS allowed Lopez to shop at K-Mart for Christmas presents for Lopez’s alleged children. Receipts from K-Mart show that some of the items purchased were doll accessories, earrings, pantyhose, a brassiere, cassettes, a baby doll, womens’ clothing and a • Barbie.
Lopez is due to be sentenced at 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 1, if the pre-sentencing report is reaidy by that date. Until that time, Lopez will remain incarcerated in the Rappahannock County Jail. Lopez has been and will continue to be kept separate from other prisoners.
