cessors, devisees, or assigns, are or may be non-residents of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and that the address of the said Eric Wilmer, if he be living, is unknown , and that there are or may be persons interested in the subject matter of this suit whose names and/or addresses are unknown, which Bill of Complaint has made said persons parties defendant by the general description PARTIES UNKNOWN, it is. therefore. ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that all possib I e P ARTIES UNKNOWN having an interest in that certain tract or parcel of land of which Mary Wilmer died seized and possessed, and more particularly described and the Bill of Complaint, are made parties defendant and said persons are made parties defendant by the general description of ■PARTIES UNKNOWN’, / as follows:

Unknown heirs of Eric Wilmer, Mary Wilmer, or their widow or widower, and heirs, devisees and successors in title, '> whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, and it is, therefore, further ADJUDGED, ORDERED and DECREED that Eric Wilmer, if he be living, and any of said unknown heirs, devisees or successors in title, if any such there be, and/ or any other unknown parties having an interest in the lands Mary Wilmer died seized and possessed of, whose names and addresses are unknown and who are made parties defendant by 'the general description of PARTIES UNKNOWN, do appear on or before November 7, 1994 and do what is necessary to protect their interest herein.

It is further ORDERED that the foregoing portion of this Order be published once a week for four (4) successive weeks in the Rappahannock News, a newspaper having general circulation in the County of Rappahannock, Virginia, within ten (10) days after the entry of this Order of Publication, that the Clerk post an attested copy of this Order at the front door of the Court House and that the Clerk further prepare a certificate of said facts and file the same amongst the papers of this cause.
