Don’t forget to come to the Washington Baptist Church bake sale on Saturday in front of the post office. We will also have cider for sale. All donations of bake goods or money will be appreciated. If you have bake goods to donate you can leave them on Friday at the home of Ruth Clark on the Fodderstack Road or bring them on Saturday morning to the post office.
We are glad to report that Mr. Kermit Weakley is recuperating nicely at home after being a patient at Warren Memorial Hospital in Front Royal for five days.
Mr. and Mrs. John Schultz returned home Monday night after traveling by Amtrak Train to Orlando, Fla. for the Silver Eagles Association Convention and also visiting with friends Mr. and Mrs. Gary Wahl in Post St. Lucie, Fla.
