The object of ithis suit is to quiet the title of Jean Arthur Monroe in and to the lands described in the Bill of Complaint filed herein, as to a tract of land of which Mary Wilmer died seized ,and possessed, located in Hampton District, Rappahannock County, Virginia, said land containing 14.4516 acres, more or less, as is more fully recited in said Bill of Complaint.
