PURSUANT to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.1-431 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday, November 7, 1994 at 7:00 p.m. in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia to consider the following applications:

John W. Pullen, P. O. Box 238, Sperryville, VA 22740, desires to obtain a Special Exception to the Rappahannock Code in order to allow a boundary adjustment to a parcel such that a conforming lot (25+ acres) shall be rendered non-conforming (less than twenty-five acres), resulting in no change in density. Parcel consisting of twernty-five (25) acres, is located in Hampton Magisterial District, Tax Map 17, Parcel 8D, zoned “A" Agricultural near Rts. 622 and 614 in Harris Hollow.

Use regulations under Section 170-37 of the Rappahannock County Code.

A COPY of the foregoing applications is on Tile at the Zoning Office and available for public inspection. Monday through Friday, 8:30 a m. to 4:30 p.m. Said applications will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, October 19, 1994 at 7:30 p.m. at the Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
