The Rappahannock Association for the Arts and the Community (RAAC) opens its fall/winter film series on Friday, Oct. 20, with the show ing of the critically acclaimed film “Smoke," starring Harvey Keitel, William Hurt, Forrest Whitaker, and Stockard Channing.
