2 cups Bisquick ' 1/2 cup raisins 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13x2 pan. 2. Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs with an electric mixer at medium speed. 3. Stir Bisquick, raisins and cinnamon in by hand. 4. Pour into pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes. 5. Cool and cut into bars, 3 inches and 1 5/8 inches. Frosting: 1 3 ounces bar cream cheese 1/3 cup butter or margarine 1 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups powdered sugar 1. Beat together the cream cheese, butter (or margarine), milk and vanilla.
2. Add powdered sugar. If too stiff, add more liquid.
