The sale will take place on W ednesday, November 1, 1995 at 10:00 a m. at the front door of the Courthouse, located on Gay Street, Washington, Rappahannock County, Virginia.
TEAMS: The purchase price in the form of immediately available funds shall be due and payable on the closing date. A deposit in the form of immediately available funds in the amount of 10% of the sales price will be required to close within thirty (30) days from the date of sale. Time win be of the essence as to the closing date and the payment of the purchase price.
The Property will be sold "AS IS" and will be conveyed by Special Warranty deed, sub|ect to any rights, reservations, leases, convenants, condition, easements and restrictions superior to the deed of trust that may lawfully affect the Property.
The Purchaser at the Sale will be required to pay all closing costs except the grantor's recording tax. Real estate taxes will be prorated as of the settlement date
